Subsidized Rentals
Through generous funding support by The Richard H. Driehaus Foundation, Constellation has launched a new Subsidized Rental Program, which offers below-market rates on rehearsal space, and professional audio and video recording time outside of performances.
Eligible artists are offered a subsidized rate of 50% market rate for a full slate of different rental services through this new program, including: to utilize the facility at a market rate as a simple rehearsal space with a basic backline, to record professional quality audio and video recordings on the A/V system, or as a full sound stage livestream experience, receiving the appropriate professional technical support to accompany each offering.
This program is a natural expansion of opportunities to support the artistic community already connected to Constellation by lowering the barrier for entry for eligible artists to access time, space, high-quality equipment, and professional-level technical support outside of their shows at the space that would help them advance their careers and opportunities.
